Lifestyle Changes: Doctors often recommend lifestyle modifications such as regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding prolonged periods of standing or sitting, and elevating legs when resting to improve circulation and alleviate symptoms.
Compression Stockings: Graduated compression stockings are commonly prescribed to improve blood flow in the legs. They provide pressure to the legs, helping veins and leg muscles move blood more efficiently.
Sclerotherapy: This procedure involves injecting a solution directly into the affected vein, causing it to collapse and eventually fade away. It’s commonly used for spider veins and smaller varicose veins.

- Endoscopic Vein Surgery: For advanced cases, endoscopic surgery might be necessary. A tiny camera is inserted into the vein to visualize and remove it through small incisions.
